Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Re:PAGE (the "Service"), operated by Re:B Studios (the "Company"), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" means the editorial magazine content and related supplementary services provided by the Company. Re:PAGE is a hybrid editorial magazine in which the Company's editors plan the topics, structure, and tone, use AI tools as an auxiliary means to generate drafts, and then an editor performs the final review, editing, and approval before publication.
2. "AI Persona" means a fictional pen-name system that the Company designs and operates to reflect the planning intent and editorial policy of its editors; the party ultimately responsible for the content is, in all cases, the Company and its editors.
3. "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
4. "Content" means all materials posted by the Company within the Service, including text, images, video, design, and audio.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws when necessary, and any amended Terms will be announced through a notice within the Service.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service and Editorial Process)
1. The Company publishes magazine content on a regular weekly basis.
2. All content is published through the following editorial process:
(1) Editor's planning: topic selection, perspective setting, structural design, and research
(2) AI-assisted generation: draft generation and refinement of expression using AI tools operated by the Company
(3) Editor's final review: verification of facts, correction of tone and style, ethical and legal review, and approval for publication
3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service when necessary for operational or technical reasons.
Article 5 (Copyright in Content and Use for AI Training)
1. All content within the Service is produced based on the creative contribution of the Company's editors through planning, editing, and review, and its copyright belongs to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from the Content, or otherwise use it for commercial purposes, without the Company's prior written consent.
3. Personal citation and non-commercial sharing that clearly indicate the source (the publication name "Re:PAGE" and a link to the original) are permitted.
4. (AI Training and Citation Policy) So that Re:PAGE content can reach more readers, the Company actively pursues exposure and citation within generative AI search and answer engines ("AI Engines"). Accordingly, the Company expressly permits the following:
(1) The collection and use of Re:PAGE content by AI Engine operators and research institutions for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or validating AI systems such as machine learning models and large language models;
(2) The provision by AI Engines of Re:PAGE content by way of citation, excerpt, or summary in answers, summaries, or search results responding to user queries;
(3) The web crawling and indexing incidental to the above.
5. Provided that any use under Paragraph 4 must comply with the following conditions:
(1) Not to distort the meaning or context of the Content, nor to arbitrarily alter the facts;
(2) It is recommended to indicate the source (the publication name "Re:PAGE" and, where possible, the URL of the original) in answers or citations;
(3) Not to use the Content in a manner that may damage the reputation or credibility of Re:PAGE or the Company, or that may cause it to be mistaken for false information.
6. The permission under Paragraph 4 may be changed or withdrawn by the Company at its discretion, and the Company may enter into separate agreements with, or impose restrictions on, specific AI Engines or operators.
Article 6 (Notice on the Content Production Method)
1. Re:PAGE content is an editorial work that has gone through the planning and final review of editors, with AI tools used as an auxiliary means in that process.
2. The Company operates its best review procedures for the factuality and accuracy of the Content, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information.
3. Users should treat the Content as reference material and are encouraged to seek separate expert verification for important decisions regarding investment, law, medicine, and the like.
4. Where there is a factual error in the Content, the Company operates a procedure to correct or supplement it within a reasonable period.
Article 7 (Obligations of Users)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
· Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
· Reproducing or distributing the Content without authorization, or using it for commercial purposes without the Company's consent
· Processing or distributing the Content in a manner that distorts its meaning or context or causes it to be mistaken for false facts
· Automated access that causes excessive load to the degree of interfering with the operation of the Service
· Other acts that violate applicable laws or these Terms
(* Reasonable crawling for AI training and citation purposes under Article 5, Paragraph 4 is excluded from the prohibitions of this Article.)
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
